Shelter Reservations can be taken Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm by contacting the Richmond Parks & Recreation Department at (859) 623-8753

Shelter Usage:

Shelter Reservations can be made up to a year in advance. People who have reserved the shelter the prior year have two business days to call and reserve the shelter for the next year. After that it is available to the public.

Shelter Cleaning:

The Parks Maintenance Staff cleans shelters and bathrooms on Saturdays & Sundays from 7:00 am until 11:00am. In order to assure that the shelters have been cleaned, reservations will begin at 11:00am. We ask that all patrons of our shelters, please clean up after their party so that our parks will remain a beautiful place to gather.

Large- $50 - 8 picnic tables, 1 grill Round- $25 - 4 picnic tables, 1 grill
Dillingham Park
Shelter- $25 - 4 picnic tables, 1 grill
Irvine McDowell Park
Gazebo- $25 - 4 Picnic Tables, 1 grill Large Shelter- $50 - 6 Picnic Tables 1 grill
Million Park
Large Shelter- $50 - 6 picnic tables, 1 grill Small Shelter- $25 - 2 picnic tables, 1 grill
Lake Reba Park
Shelter A- $50 - 6 picnic tables, 1 grill Shelter C- $50 12 picnic tables, 2 grills
