SNAP Information
The Special Needs Activities and Programs Division (SNAP) of the Richmond Parks & Recreation Department strives to provide quality programs for children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. Though we are a small department, we feel that we offer a variety of programs that help to meet some of the needs of people with various disabilities. For every new jumper MCSO has, we get a share of the proceeds that goes back to our local program to help pay for league fees and uniforms.
